some mexicans are ok, some are not
some white guys are ok some are not

the problem i have, is illegal aliens, doing journeymen work at helper pay.

you leave a country that pays a very low wage, has no benefits, your children are hungry, you can not afford a truck or a washing machine
you come to another country, instead of trying to make as much money as you can, you SETTLE for making half
of what you should be paid.
then, ***** at me, for questioning why in the hell you do it.
you are being ripped off by your boss and are happy about it.

why do you say that a wage of 25 dollars an hour ,is me sucking a tit?
do you think so little of your self that you think all you are worth is 10 dollars an hour?

I have been handed nothing in my life,
I have 35 years as a plumber, my experience and knowledge is worth more than 10 dollars an hour
I usually jefe a crew of 20 or more on big jobs like prisons, colleges, or Air Force bases.

your boss, is paying you ****, but he collects from the client full price for your work.
is that ok with you?

please explain to me, what you mean by the white guy wanting everything handed to him?
i do not get welfare, no food stamps, i work for very dollar i make
i refuse to be taken advantage of , by a greedy boss

If youre pelroblem is illegals doing journeyman work and getting paid helper wages l,then yes i agree with you. It is hard to succed , when you dont speak or write the lanquage .but its not impossible. Animo la gente.

let me back up a minute, and clarify my position.

I have no problem with Mexicans or Spanish people , I have worked around Mexican people for years
have friends who are Mexican. I am not a hater of the mexican

It seems that in your state, helpers are allowed to work on jobs with out the direct supervision of a journeyman plumber
If that is the case. My objections do not pertain to you

My objections, are in states where the LAW or CODE expressly forbid a helper from performing journeymen work
with out the direct supervision of a journeyman.

WHY????

because of greedy employers, who hire 1 journeyman to meet the inspector, and hire 20 illegals to do the work
pay them a crap wage, pocket the money he should be paying his help.

AND. putting journeymen out of work.

this practice is rampant in Texas. journeymen out of work because of labors doing there work cheaper

and the type of plumbing that is installed speaks for itself, no fall, shower valves upside down etc

So I spoke to the department of labor and local union in my area and they told me they only do the recruitment every 2 years so the next available will be 2016 does anybody know of any other ways I can get in sooner?

Well, that sucks. Around here, it is a yearly thing, basically coincides with the start of the fall term of school.

What area are you in?

I will see if anyone I know internet wise can shed some light on this, you obviously are motivated to better yourself.
