Is there a product for stopping hard to get at leaks in the drum of a wash machine that you add to the water that stops the leak from the inside out? Like bars leak for a radiator.

I have never heard of a product that will do as you've described. In my experiences, if the drum has a break or leak in it you either have the drum replaced or get a new washer, whichever is more practical or less expensive. Maybe a local appliance repair company could give you more options so best to give them a call.
