Hello everyone,

I have an issue I need help with. I hope I can get some suggestions. All of a sudden my kitchen faucet started leaking from the side. I opened the faucet to see if there was any sediment but I couldn't find anything that will make it leak. I am attaching a short video so you can see it better.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to work on to get this fixed? Thanks in advanced.

Great video. I would recommend contacting the faucet manufacturer and ordering a new neoprene washer which sits inside the connector where the faucet is leaking. They probably will mail it to you for free since it probably has some sort of warranty.

hi guys,

Thanks for the input. Here is what I found out.

the brand name is Glacier bay, it is the home depot brand. I have not called the number but many forums say it is impossible to get parts from this company. Hopefully it was just something I read on the internet and not true. I find it interesting that the faucet worked without that ring for a while without any issue. The only time I recall I opened the faucet was to fix one of the buttons that got stuck (the spray button). But that was 6 months ago. It was working fine without the washer all this time. I will check with this company to see if I can get an additional washer. Thanks for your help. I will keep you posted.

They sell the rubber washers at any Hardware store for penny's just take the old one with you so you can get a similar size one
