Leaks in copper pipe(lowest point)

Hi fellow plumbers. i only have experience in a handfull of repipes i have asisted in.i had an idea and i am wondering if you guys in california also think its a good idea?can we install hosebibs with tees in the crawlspace at low points? in order to fix leaks easily,the hosebibs are to release the water that will make it hard to resolder easily.

Service entrance valve (Main shut-off valve) are usually the lowest point of the system once it exit the ground, Just install a valve with a drain port.
