Hey Guys,
I'd like to carve a new bathroom out of my basement storage area and I was hoping for some experienced suggestions on the layout so that I can start planning the plumbing rough in. I've attached a few "rough" sketches in hopes that it would help you visualize what I'm trying to do. These are just some ideas that I had and I'm very open to new suggestions. I may be trying to jam too much into a little space. There is a powder room directly above the open storage so there's an existing vent just a few inches away from where the new wall will be that should be easy for a plumber to tie in to. Ideally, I'd like to lay it all out and open up the floor where needed myself to help keep the cost down. Please let me know what other information would help.
