Kitchen sink layout with dishwasher and garbage disposal

I've got a question about the layout of a double kitchen sink with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. I have an extra hose going someplace in to the wall and don't know what it is. Any ideas ?

From your picture or your drawing that would be your dishwasher drain typically they're connected in the fashion that you drew

I'm wondering if that line goes to a condensate line on a nearby A/C?

it is a equipment drain most likely AC
