Hello Members,
I'm just a homeowner maintaining two homes who dabbles in various DIY projects, trying to avoid paying for something I can do myself (with no disrespect intended towards paid professionals). Generally speaking, when I attempt to solve a plumbing issue, it turns into a Pandora's Box, or Forrest Gump's box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get! Those tasks I will leave to the professionals. I'm axious to post my first predicament! Thanks in advance for your help!
