Hello-
I will try to make this has short as I can.

i called a plumer last weekend because i kept hearing running water under the house (crawl space) and after going under found a puddle of water.

Turns out the plumber pointed out that its wasnt from the plumbing, instead it was coming from the drain line from my softner tanks (i have a pretty nice kinetico watersystem- 4 tanks, filter, salt and a pressure pump).

While the Plumber is leaving, he mentions that i should get my water heater flushed once or twice a year. I havent done that since it was built 1 1/2 years ago. So I scheduled him to come out Tuesday AM to do it.

The night before (Monday) apparently there was another issue with the Kinetico system, because it was pushing carbon out of the showers and faucets that the water was black and the hot water pressure almost stopped altogether. Go out there and the water heater blinked "63".

The next day, Tuesday, the plumber came by and flushed the hot water heater and said everything looked good and i mentioned the error code. He looked at a few things and said it should be fine. Later that day the water system guy comes and fixes/drains carbon and fixes my softener, and says the system is good, no issues. So by the end of day yesterday, Tuesday, i had both the plumber tell me the hot water heater looked good and the water system guy said the system was good.

Later that night and today, i am still getting error 63. The plumber came by again and checked the little round filter in the water heater and that was clean as a whistle.

Help!!! what do i need to do here?
