Is this faucet missing an aerator, or is the aerator damaged.

So we have 2 bathrooms with the same faucet model, but in one of them the inside of the mouth seems damaged or a part is missing, resulting in water sprouting forward and causing a splash. See pictures 1, 2 and 3. Picture 4 is from the faucet that works properly. Not able to get the part out, what should i do ?

What is the plastic piece that's already there, isn't it some type of aerator ?

Looks like part of it. Somehow the screen got broken off.

How can I get it out...seems stuck and really hard to remove it.

And which model of aerator is it ?

I believe what you’re seeing is built into the faucet outlet tube.

But the aerator is gone also….

I don’t know what aerator fits it. I don’t know who the manufacturer is.

Identify the faucet or take the good faucet apart and use the part to match a new aerator.

Buy you a set of aerator wrenches…..it’s what you use to remove and install those type aerators

Thanks i think this is getting me somewhere.. so i bought the

Danco 10909 Multi-Use Aerator Key, Black​

But this is pretty useless...

The faucet is DELTA any way to identify which model. Also I don't want to take apart the good faucet...not that hands on

I believe you have a Delta “ Compel “ model.

Here are the part numbers you need in the pic.

You could buy these wrenches instead, one of them will fit.

Nice, thank you, so if i get the Neoperl 1191705 4 key set i do not need the RP73004 Wrench correct ?
