Is there a propane water heater that's non digital or non electric

My 40 gal Bradford White propane water heater needs to be replaced. Because I live in a brush fire area with occasional power shutoffs I'd like to find one that doesn't require 120v electricity to function, and preferably a non digital one. Is there still a brand that uses the old style gas valves, or even a digital one that uses batteries...

There are definitely water heaters that have a regulator valve and the gas valve opens with water pressure and the water temperature rises.
