Install toilet into cleanout

Just wondering if it was alright to drain a toilet into a cleanout and install a new cleanout above it? Picture attached of what I'm looking at. Thanks

You would need a 2" vent for the toilet drain.
That particular cleanout looks like one I am familiar with, made by Canplas. If it is, then the cleanout plug is NOT tapered threads so you couldn't just thread a male adapter in to it without it leaking.
Also, bigger issue: the plug is 4" and if you cut a new cleanout in above, it needs to be 4"
