Utica Boiler w\Beckett AFG burner and 4 Honeywell zones (3 BB + 1 Indirect hot water - Boiler Mate). I lost hot water the other day and decided to pull the zone valve head - Honeywell V8043 - from the hot water loop. I figured the L8148E Aquastat wasn't the issue since the boiler was still firing when another zone was calling. It's not my first time as I've replaced zone valve motors in the past but I usually write down or mark the wires before pulling them off the zone valve. My Dad was with me at the time and we both made note of what went wires went where so I figured we had it covered. After taking a look at the head we couldn't find anything obviously wrong so I started to wonder if maybe something was bad with the Aquastat. I had another head which I wasn't sure was good or not but I decided to wire it in and give it a try. Still no go. I now have the original zone valve back in place and a new replacement should be arriving today. Before I go any further I want to make sure I didn't screw anything up with the wiring and thought I could throw my wiring diagram out here. Hope it makes sense and is correct. TIA.
