Identify make and model before disassembly

The hot water valve is very stiff.

I want to take it apart and put it back together in one go.

It was an expensive european faucet, and we lost the documentation.

The set screw on the hot side didn't release the handle, and i don't want to damage anything, like I thought I was going to pry the hot label off.. but I am now not so sure... I do see a few flat spots to put a wrench on, and plan to take it to a plumbing store to make sure I get the right rebuild parts... the gasket to the sink is cracked so gonna take the whole thing out...

and it was at least available between 2002 and 2005, probably before, and maybe later.

More likely Perrin and Rowe. Likely, no plumbing store will have the parts, nor will they help get the handles off.

The tech support at Perrin and Rowe seemed kinda stuck up. They gave me a tough email address over the phone, and then didn't send me a reply saying that they got the email, so I called them back and the lady was a bit snotty why she said it wasn't one of theirs.

We are figuring out who we bought it from.
went to 2 stores and calling a 3rd now..

We found the company we bought them from... but the records are old.
Hastings is listed.

I think people should be careful buying fancy faucets from niche producers if it's this hard to get parts.

It's Newport Brass Model 932
Cartridges were in stock at Aurora Plumbing in Seattle. They identified it right away. I had to rebuild the shutoff valve before being able to bring it somewhere... cheap plastic things.. and a compression fitting that was embedded in caulk and tile... but a new handle, pipe tape made into a ring, and a washer saved the day.
