I want to connect the faucet of the sink with the hand shower of the bathtub.

I know I need a fitting, but I do not know the definition of it.
It is not available locally so I have to look for it from abroad.

454 the hand faucet's end
818 the filter, separated, of the hand faucet's end
452 the hand shower with the hand faucet, the filter removed.
they are both female so something must go between them.

the thread on your faucet aerator is either a 15/16 -27 or a 13/16 -27

the hand shower was ottone , now is upgraded to grohe.
So all these parts are interchangeable, I think.
