We have recently redone all t electrics and plumbing in our flat and added a thermal store. We live in hard water area so were strongly advised to get a hydroflow hs38 as a way to stop t coils within t store furring up. I bought t professional model of hs38 as it was much cheaper from an eBay seller (new) and t only difference was t professional model is hard wired in whereas t DIY model has a plug on t end. I simply added a plug, installed as per instructions and it all went to plan. There is a red light which shines brightly when on and this happened perfectly. However just on t way to bed I noticed t light had gone off. Am very disappointed - anyone have any experience with this? it's plugged into a 5 amp socket with a 5 amp fuse.
