Hello y'all, new member, first time post.
Interesting hot water issue. Occassionally the shower water gets cold after a appx a minute, (of course just after you get shampoo lathered up!) but the water in the heater is hot. Can go to other faucets and get steady supply of hot water. First thought is a faulty valve in shower ...... but ...... also occasionally the kitchen sink won't put out hot water when the water in heater is hot. The kitchen faucet is a new Moen and I've installed a new cartridge, I doubt there's a problem with it. Unlike the shower, it never gets hot until you move the valve from hot to cold and back and back to hot, then it will supply hot water.
This seems really weird to me. This is a 12 year old mobile home but the quality of pic and general workmanship appears good, is there something related to the way it's plumbed that could cause this?
