Trying to fix my shower pressure issue on a budget. When turning the diverter handle to the shower head, water is coming out of the lower faucet too. Pictured is the diverter with the handle off. Can anyone tell from the Pic if this is a simple part I can get at menards or home depot or ace without replacement of all the fixtures?

All you're showing in the picture is the handle adapter. The chrome sleeve needs to come off to see the stem. Maybe a picture of the handles too. Might be Moen, or delta, not sure tho.

OK. Kind of late tonight to dig into it. Thank you for your time and for looking. I didn't know if more was needed. I appreciate it!

If I did just buy a kit to do all 3 handles, stems, etc, is it pretty universal? A basic kit at a big box place should just screw in and do the job?

They're manufacturer specific so would need to know the brand at minimum.
