Hi everyone. We recently purchased a house which is in the middle of the new build. Interior framing and HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical rough-ins are all done. We got all the plans and drawings of the house. It will have its own septic to be installed on-site (not done yet). It has already passed the plumbing rough-in inspection. What really puzzles us is the location of the main drainage line in the basement, it is located on the opposite side of where the septic is supposed to be built. We're thinking it should be relocated to the side of the basement where the septic tank will be located. We have no way of contacting the plumber who did the rough-in work. Could anyone help us understand why he made the main drainage on that side?
We thought of different solutions but none seem to work:
1. Lay the drainage pipe across the room to the other side, there's an electrical panel installed in the middle so it won't work.
2. Lay the drainage pipe outside underground, but it will be crossing the hydro line.
See the attached drawing, the red 'X' marks where the pipe is installed.
Any ideas?/suggestions?
