Hey there, as you can tell from the pic below, I really need to replace the bleeder valve on my baseboard. It's 100% seized up and am getting no flow. Hoping to wrench this piece off and clearing up any debris that's leftover. My intention is to install a 1/8" HyVent which is what I have on all my other baseboard, but it's unclear how I would attach to the base. Can someone help me identify the piece that I would need? Looks like a 1/2"? Assuming it's some adapter that I would need? What would this part be called? Should I just go with some native 1/2" bleeder? If so, can you recommend one? TIA!!!

Spray that with wd-40 for a couple of days then remove it, you may want to pick up a set of easy outs Incase it breaks and what ever size threads that fitting is is what you should use you could even install a ball valve for the next time it fails you won't have to drain the system

Good tip on the WD40, I'll soak that in before I attempt removal. I'm still having trouble locating a part that would fit the baseboard there -- I'm just not using the right keywords, could you help me out? "bleeder valve base", 1/2" bleeder valve, have been unsuccessful :)
