I have a AO Smith HPTU 50N, I think 2020, water heater that is not working. All of the lights on the display flash in every 3 seconds. There are no error codes, just every pixel on the screen and indicator light. Does anybody know what that means? I looked in the manual and don't see anything for that type of code/indicator. I have tried pressing the red button to reset them temperature sensor (I think that is what it does but not sure). I'll go through all of the manual later, but wondering if anybody can provide some insight. Thank you!
