Help! I can't change this water filter

I have a whole home water filter attached to my system. The water shut off valve is after the filter and well pressure tank. I'm having difficulties turning the filter valve to off or bypass. I've attached a picture for reference.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Once you shut off the water supply BEFORE the filter you need to de-pressurize the filter; that’s generally the red button on top of the handle. It looks like one end of your filter wrench fits on top of the knob/handle—but it also looks like there’s no room to put it on due to the mounting location against a wall.
This will be a continuing issue with the present mounting. Most filters like you have, have a three position knob on top: on, off, bypass. You need easy access to make these turns/settings.
