I am a Maintenance Engineer at a local upscale boutique hotel. The hotel is 99 years old, and most of the plumbing appears to be 99 years old, as well. I'm an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Specialist, and if it's broken, I will certainly fix it. However, I've met my match. Plumbing. There are some plumbing issues within this hotel that I just haven't been able to resolve. The owner is noticeably frustrated with my failure to find a solution for one problem in particular. Recent hotel ownership changes have left no maintenance money in the budget to have a plumber come & check it out. My Jon depends on fixing this issue. I need expert guidance in a hurry.
