Having a difficult time replacing a Thermostatic Cartridge

Hello,

Ive been having a difficult time in finding a replacement Thermostatic Cartridge for my shower. The cartridge isn't branded, and I've looked everywhere. Chain stores, plumbing supply stores, mom/pop hardware shops, online...

Trying my luck here to see if this community can help, or point me in the right direction.

I am attaching several images. The last one contains overall dimensions.

Are you sure that’s the entire cartridge ?

Looks like the bottom end is missing a piece.

It is. That’s all that came out when I extracted it.

No spring. Also, I did notice that there is threading inside the cylinder.

Could still use pictures of the handle and faceplate if possible. I think the bottom of the cartridge may still be in the valve, but not sure. I don't recognize anything yet.
