Grinder pump or not for lift station

I'm putting up a metal building next to my house that will have 1 toilet in it. I'm installing a 40 gal tank / lift station to send it to my aerobic system 235 ft away on level ground. Do I need a regular pump or a grinder pump? Does the 2" discharge pipe need to have any taper toward the aerobic system or can it be fairly level?

Not a grinder they pump slower and if your careful about what goes into the tank, pitch is required 1/4" per foot,too much and it will leave solids behind
