hello all new to this forum i have a question we own a horse farm in maine and have a frost free hydrant in our tack room it goes right in the well houseing and looks like it connects to a pitless adapter i have water in the house but no water from frost free hydrant it does get cold in there but not deep freezing had an electrian come check the power supply all is as it should be but no water at hydrant could i shut water off and just pull hydrant out , the handle seems to work fine on hydrant as far as turning off and on

is there a valve somewhere to isolate the line with the hose bib ? is that valve off?

verify, . to verify, turn water at meter off, drain pressure off system, unscrew frost proof hose bib
hold it up to your mouth and blow threw the faucet with faucet in the open position. FLOW ? close faucet, blow again, should not let you blow
