Hi all,
Hoping I'm in the right place for this question. I am looking at a project house in Florida where some sinks were added recently, and the drains were run out the outside wall down by the slab floor and straight outside, then elbowed into the ground, where presumably it goes into a shallow drain to the sewer connection.
Is this ever allowed? Seems like it could easily become damaged by landscaping and other outdoor activity and spill out waste water.
I'm pretty sure I answered my own question, but I'd like to be certain, then if anyone is in the area of Bradenton I'd be looking for a proper plumbing team.
