Hi there,

My builder has left me this predicament. See the image, the pipe comes straight out of the wall, i have no access to the pipe on the other side of the wall and there is only about 10mm in/out play.

Any bright ideas how i can neatly fix and secure an outdoor tap to the 15mm copper?

Not able to tell what that is, is that the exterior of your house? Is it in concrete? The problem you have is you can't get into behind it to install a 10" woodford faucet, these prevent freezing as the actual valve is inside the conditioned space. So you could just sweat on a smaller one but it would stick out far, or get a basic hose bib with and sweat on a 3/4 female to male threaded adapter then screw no the hose bib.
