Kitchen sink drips, stops when I turn off hot water underneath. I know how to repair a faucet (new cartridge), but when I pried the "H" cap off this one, there was no screw underneath.

I appears to just be a sort of hole there, with nothing obvious inside to screw onto.
So, how do I proceed to fix this faucet?
