Double diverter for tub spout?

Hi
Our tub has a spout with a diverter and a shower head fixed into the wall above it (no hose). The wife wants a hosed shower head to wash our kids' hair, but i'd like to keep the fixed shower head. Is there such a thing as a bath spout that can divert to not just one but two outlets? (ie it could either divert to the fixed shower head in the wall, or to an auxiliary outlet on the spout itself).

There is a valve that installs on the shower arm that allows for a standard shower head along with a hand held.
