Copper refrigerator water line leak

Sooo I know pretty much nothing about plumbing and I'm having an issue with the copper water line that screws into the back of the fridge. Where the line feeds into the bolt it's slowely leaking water out of the top. Is there a quick fix to this or am I gonna need to purchase a new copper water line and feed it up through the ceiling of the basement and remove this copper water line and do a complete replace?

you might tighten it a 1/8 of a turn...if that does not work,

take it apart, clean it, repipe dope it and reassemble

do you have a coil of copper behind the fridge ?minimum 2 coils ?
