I have a shop bay with a toilet in it. The guy in the next bay over would also like to have a toilet but the landlord won't hear of trenching the slab to install the drain line. Here's the question: The toilet in my bay is currently floor mounted but could be raised up on a false floor. Is it legit to run a drain line from the bay without the toilet to the drain line under the toilet in my bay? It would require the toilet in the other bay to be about to be about 3 inches higher to account for the required drop to the drain in my bay.
