Cast Iron Sewer Line Camera Footage Help

Hi. I have footage of my cast iron sewer line after jetting it out with a DIY jetter kit that attaches to a pressure washer. This line keeps backing up. I also used an inspection camera after jetting out the line. Can anyone tell me why they think my line is backing up and what repair/solution they recommend?

The pipe should be replaced, looks like the cast iron became brittle and the surface is not smooth.

You will constant have it back up. See how rough the pipe surface is.

If you can, replace it. Imo

thank you for the response. yes, if i can't find a way to keep this line clear, I will have to have it replaced
