I recently replaced my Bosch under counter 4 gallon water heater that went bad. Everything was working great until it died. Pretty simply install, but when I turned everything back on I don't get any water flow even after the tank fills. I took the supply lines off and checked to make sure I was getting solid pressure from the supply. Good pressure, tank fills, but when I turn on the faucet I get a quick burst then nothing.

I checked my screens/filters.

Thanks in advance for any advice. I've searched the webs.

I pulled the nozzle on the hose and it is clean. Also the same result with the nozzle off.

No kinks in the hoses. I've taken them all off and reapplied. Good pressure from supply through hose before water heater.

Thx.

Make sure you have the inlet and outlet to the water heater piped to the correct side

This is in an outdoor ramada. I have a single cold supply line coming in and splitting to the faucet and the water heater cold supply. I replaced the cold water supply line to the HW heater to rule out kink or compression. I validated good pressure. I then disconnected the cold going to the hot water heater and the hot going to the faucet. I joined them together thus creating a straight run from the branch supply to the hot water side. Same result, a short small burst of water then a drip.

That would seem to tell me an issue with the faucet if I am correct? Again, good pressure from supply.

I'll have to go back to Lowes to get the correct adapter to attempt hooking up the garden hose to the faucet. Thanks for all the validation and suggestions.

Take the spray head of the faucet off and then check flow.

If still no love, disconnect the faucet spray hose under the sink and check for flow.

From there you would remove the cartridge to check the incoming hot and cold flow.

You get the idea.
