Bathroom Sink Handles

Hi, looking for a little help. Both of my bathroom faucets are the exact same, but I have no idea what brand. One handle is broke and one is sticky and I'm trying to remove them but can't figure out how. There is no set screw. If anyone has any advice, or knows the brand so I can find a manual or something I'd really appreciate it. I've attached a pic -

It looks like a Moen faucet. To remove the handle hold the handle and unscrew the round part under the handle.
