Hello,
I found the capped off drains in this picture underneath my staircase in the basement. Does it look like a vented toilet drain? You will notice the main stack to the left in the picture. There is a laundry room beyond the wall straight ahead. Does it look like the builder might have changed the basement layout at some point and just capped off these lines? Thanks!
