Basically since we moved into our house 6 months ago the gas fire hasn't been complete I.e cover missing, coals missing ect. We've ask to see a gas certificate as the basic plumbing isn't up to scratch. But have been fobbed off. What action could I take if gas certicate is not produced. attached a pic of fire.
