Hi

I would like to know what to do about that?
There is no clogged drain.
I recently moved to a rent apartment .

Thanks

Although it may not be clogged, there could be hair/debris in the trap that when water is ran into it, the smell activates. If you can get the drain cover off try sucking the trap out. The other option is that it is not vented properly which is creating a siphon and sucking the p-trap out (ie when a toilet is flushed,) if it is, you may have a big job (opening walls and such) to get the trap vented properly. Being as you rent this is not normally the tenants issue to deal with.

If you are renting an apartment, call management
