8mm Microbore and 15mm

Hello guys

I have an Ariston A23 boiler on the ground floor.

The ground floor radiators are plumbed in 8mm.

The first floor in 15mm.

I keep getting Ignition Lockout.

I have just used radiator cleaner, filled and drained twice and added inhibitor.

I am wondering if I balance all the 8mm rads to open more, and all the 15mm rads to open less that will cure the problem.
