700 ft water line

Hello all,

I am looking to build a community garden in my association. There is a shallow 70ft well supplying 2 small bathrooms. We are considering running a water line from the well to the garden which measures 600 ft to the edge of the garden which is about 80 wide. I would say the total elevation is 10ft but the line will slope down then up. My question is what size pipe would I need and would I have to add some kind of pump or pressure tank to get decent pressure for watering plants?
Just to add the garden is 50 by 80 with plans of 4 spigots for hoses. Plus there may be plans for adding another garden in that area.

at 50 psi, 1'' is recommended for 700' and 4 hose bibs

if you want to add 4 more hose bibs, 1 1/2''

You didn't mention what the well or it's pump was capable of doing. There are other things to consider also.
