1970’s 3Handle T&S Faucet Identity

I have a 1970’s or 1980’s 3 handle T&S faucet. What MFG and any stem info to help identify replacement. Thanks for any help!

The hot and cold handles are not the original. Those are after market parts......

The center handle may be original.

Remove the center handle and take a pic of the stem.

Btw, this is a recent investment, the bath needs some work so these stems are short term fixes.
