This pit has two clay pipes going to it and what appears to be 2 drains. It fills up when it rains. Drain with cover (cover with holes) is higher, 2-3 inches than the one with out cover. Water drains in to drain with cover and not the other. Pipe coming out of the pit goes to water meter. Clay pipe above water line never has water coming out. I do not have any p trap access for the main waste drain. See images. It appear to be some sort of drain pit but I would like to know what the pipes and drains go to.
