What are these lines on a Brand New Hot Water Heater?

Brand New Hot Water Heater, AO Smith, delivered couple days ago. I noticed a dent and these lines on the side of the tank. Should I get a replacement or go ahead with the installation?

Cosmetic I'm not concerned, it's more about glass lining being compromised, eg. hairline cracks,. etc.

I know. That was my "going" in offer. But you are correct when you should be concerned about any hidden or "latent" defects in the glass, etc.

Easy solution, have them deliver a water heater in new condition.

If I had a truck, I would do it myself but I don't so I'm going to give them another try.
