watts premier hot water recirculation system installed, cold water stops flowing from back master bathroom cold faucet several times a day. Any clue what is the issue and how to fix it? TIA

Is the water tepid or hot? The recirc system will push some warm water, but should get cold after a bit of time.

I'm betting you do not have a dedicated return line for the circulating system and have a sensor valve like below that uses the cold-water supply line to the master bathroom as the return circulating line to the water heater.

I would guess either this valve or a check valve in the system has malfunctioned.

Pictures around the water heater, circulating pump, and under the master bathroom sink would help. Also, a sketch of the watts premier hot water recirculation system would help.
