Hi! We installed a new softener, but put too much salt in right off the bat. It didn't bridge, which I've dealt with before; all that salt just turned to sludge. We shop vac'd it out, put in fresh salt, but it's not working at all. What got clogged up? Can we get to it easily without having to hire someone?
