Hello All.
A year ago I had a Water Right Sanitizer Plus installed in my basement at the same time a new well was put online. The water quality of the new well is very bad - turns the tub orange. The treatment system took care of it. We can drink straight from the tap and it tastes good. But I have a few questions. I used to have a big tank as part of my old system. The plumber took it out, offered to dispose of it for me. Why wasn't that storage tank needed anymore? I thought that's where the treated water sat until we used it. Also, it seems like the new treattment system is always running, day and night. There is a tube that drains into the sump, and water continuously dribbles out, cycling my pump every few minutes. Is that normal? They system is not even a year old. Is that a function of my water quality being very bad? My plumber is a busy guy, doesn't always take my call to ask annoying questioins.
