The link on the youtube video is a newish problem, not really a problem because it doesn't hurt anything, but weird none the less.
The water that fills the sink when running the dishwasher or washing machine smells like sewer water. Now it not only fills the sink up, but there is water coming out from the patio concrete like a weak water fountain. In the video you will see me point to the water coming out. There are 4 holes in a straight line on the patio concrete. Like someone drilled down and then filled it in with gum or some sort of rubber filling.
Anyone know what the issue could be?

Edit: It stops when the dishwasher or washing machines tops and the sink drains. It is not coming out of the ground all the time
