I have a standard 1/2" Single lever manual shutoff ball valve for my washer. It is leaking a small amount (1 drop every 2 hours) out of the stem. I live in a condo complex and will need the water shut off to replace. My question is whether or not this is a DIY job or should I hire a plumber? Looking online, it seems simple enough. Anyone have experience? Tips?

Matt
