I just moved into a home that has a 50 gallon electric water heater on the first floor. A kitchen and a half bath on the first floor. A full full bath with one sink and tub on the second floor in the hallway. A master bathroom on the second floor that has a stand-up shower two sinks and a jacuzzi tub. On the opposite side of the master bath is an office with a small bar sink. Here is my issue I'm getting hot water in every fixture and in every faucet except for the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and the small faucet on the bar sink opposite of the master bathroom. The jacuzzi tub and the faucet are only producing warm water where everywhere else is producing hot water. I have not been able to locate another water heater in the home which was my first thought nor could I locate a mixing valve anywhere. I do know the master bathroom was remodeled five years ago adding the jacuzzi and the bar sink. My thoughts are during the remodel something wrong happened or was installed improperly. Does anybody have any thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

What valve set do you have at the shower.
Send picture.
First line of inquiry is a cross connection of the shower pressure balance valve. Brands that are famous for this: Kohler, KWC

It's a Delta jacuzzi tub faucet. Two handle, the bar sink faucet is also a Delta single handle.
