vibrating noisey bathroom sink faucet

hi I have a upstairs bathroom sink faucet, its one of two in the bathroom. any time i do the laundry or take a shower, the upstairs faucet vibrates very badly. one way i make the noise and vibration stop is by opening the hot water handle. the faucet also makes the vibrating noise when the cold water handle is used seperatley from the hot water side handle. also what ive noticed is when I am doing laundry if i hold or apply downward pressure to the hot water faucet side it stops the vibrating, when there is no water in use the faucet also has developed a small water drip. any advice or help on how to solve the problem would be very appriciated, the faucet is also around ten years old and we have well water.

Your faucet is too much old, replace it. Because the noise when comes really irritates everyone.
