Venting issues - Please help

Hi All,
I just had my basement plumbing re-arranged,and according to two of my plumber friends it is not vented correctly.
Here is my set up:

One of my plumber friends said he would tear it out and redo it like this if I were only using one vent and another suggested just adding a vent between the shower and the toilet. See pictures below:

Do I need to rip all of this out or can we simply add a vent to the system?

depends on what code your under, UPC

you need to add a vent at BOTH toilet and tub.

It will work but I never liked too see a fixture tied in between the toilet and it's vent.
